- What is the minimum order quantity of your product ?

Our products are exclusively for wholesale and not available for retail sales. However, we do support mixed orders and consolidated container shipments.

- How long is your production time?

7-30 work days for regular item orders.

30-45 work days for bulk orders/customization orders.

Custom orders may take longer depending on complexity and quantity.

- What is the Shipping way?

We offer multiple transportation opions such as sea, air, truck and railway etc.

- What after-sales support do you provide?

We provide installation guidance, spare parts support and quick response to ensure your peace of mind.

- Can I pick up the goods in your factory?

Yes, our factory is located in Hebei Province, near Beijing, China. We warmly welcome you to visit us at your convenience.

- Can you provide customized products to meet our specific requirements？

Yes, we offer customization as your requirement, such as logo, label, design, packaging and etc.

- What is your Payment methods？

Accept payment via T/T or L/C.

- Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes, sample orders are welcome，but sample charges and shipping freight need to be charges by your side.
